Delivery and shipping
Products in stock are usually delivered within 48 hours. Unless otherwise agreed (for example, reservation of products out of stock), delivery will take place no later than 3 – 5 working days after International Affairs Shop have confirmed the order request through the order confirmation. If delivery takes place later than 5 working days, the Costumer is entitled to cancel the order (free of charge).

Please note: during the high season delivery can take longer than usual (between 2-4 days)

Orders placed on any working day before 16:00 will be packed and shipped the same day. During transport International Affairs Shop will remain responsible for any damage, theft or loss of the order. Products will remain property of International Affairs Shop until full payment is received. As soon as we have delivered the order to the Costumer, the Costumer will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.
If Costumer notices that the package is damaged before opening, please contact International Affairs Shop immediately.
If a wrong delivery address is stated when placing an order, the Costumer will be liable for the extra shipping fees.
All of or prices mentioned on the website include VAT. We accept the following payment options: iDeal, Paypal, creditcard (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or international bank transfer.
Please note: when using iDeal, you can only use Dutch banks, for example: ING, ABN-AMRO, Rabobank, SNS-bank, Frieslandbank, ASN-bank, Regiobank, Bunq, Triodosbank and van Lanschot.
Paypal offers a secured payment. By paying via your Paypal Account, you do not disclose your account information. To proceed: log into your Paypal account through our checkout and pay via your credit card or bank account. Paypal does not share any of your information with International Affairs Shop.
International Affairs Shop reserves the right to request additional identification or information when payment is requested via credit card. Based on this information International Affairs Shop are allowed to cancel an order or to offer Costumers an additional payment method.

International Affairs Shop will only ship your order when payment is received in full.
All images on our website can only be considered as illustrations and do not guarantee the Costumer will receive the exact appearance. Colors may appear differently on a computer, mobile or tablet screen depending on your screen settings.
Right of returns/refunds
The Costumer has the right to cancel any purchase within 14 days after the Costumer has received the product. The Costumer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Items have to be unworn, undamaged and must be returned in their original packaging with labels and tags still attached. If items appear otherwise than the originally established nature, characteristics and function, then Costumer is liable for the diminished value and International Affairs Shop retain the right to reduce the amount of the refund accordingly.
Return your package via the post office and use a trackable service. Remember to retain of the proof of postage, as you need this as evidence of your return.

International Affairs Shop cannot be held responsible for items returned elsewhere or via a different sending method.

After receiving your item(s), International Affairs Shop will aim to refund you within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that this can take up to 30 days in exceptional cases, for example during high season (e.g. summer or Christmas period). The 30 days stated is also the legal deadline for refunds.

Refunds will be made to your bank account or credit card.
